Data deletion

How to delete your data from Get Testimonials, whether you run an account with us or once submitted a testimonial to a business that uses us.

If you have an account

• Sign in at get-testimonials-app.simplebusinesssuite.com.
• Delete individual testimonials any time from the moderation inbox, or export them first from account settings.
• To delete the whole account, use Settings, then Account, then Delete account, or email us and we will do it for you.

Deleting an account removes its testimonials, media, collection pages and embeds. Backups roll off on a 30-day cycle.

If you submitted a testimonial

Your testimonial belongs to the business that collected it, and they control publishing. To have it removed:

• Ask the business directly. Most requests end here.
• Or email support@simplebusinesssuite.com with a link to the testimonial or its verify page. We will verify your identity against the submission record and process the deletion with the account owner, normally within 30 days.

When a testimonial is deleted, its text, photo, audio and video are removed, along with its public verify page. A minimal audit record noting that a deletion occurred is retained where the account owner’s legal record-keeping requires it; it contains no testimonial content and is never displayed.

Platform data deletion (Facebook, Google and similar)

If you connected a third-party platform to Get Testimonials and want the data obtained through it deleted, email support@simplebusinesssuite.com with the subject “Platform data deletion” and the account email. We will confirm by email when deletion is complete.
